The following case concerns the President’s failure to appoint non-executive Directors to the Board of the SABC. MMA and SOS believe that the delay in the appointment of these crucial positions further exacerbates the crisis at the SABC. MMA and SOS have thereforsubmitted a legal application for these appointments to be made.
